The fixed point in healthcare partnerships.
Northstra Health works across three practice areas: compounding pharmacy programs for physician practices, patient access and growth for clinical research sites, and advisory for owners and buyers of research sites and medical practices.

Where we stand.
Points of view from across our pharmacy, clinical research, and advisory work.
The compounding decision most practices get wrong.
Routing is the decision that matters: patient-specific prescriptions belong at a 503A pharmacy, office-use stock at a 503B outsourcing facility. Many practices need both and find out only after onboarding stalls.

Enrollment is a community problem before it is a marketing problem.
Very few physicians and nurses ever refer a patient to a trial. Sites that enroll well build referral relationships with the practices their patients already trust.
What an enrollment number hides in diligence.
A network's enrollment often rests on a small group of high-performing sites and investigators. Diligence has to find out who is actually producing and whether they stay after close.
Engaged nationwide.
We support practices, pharmacies, research sites, and owners wherever they operate.
Before the first call.
What practices, pharmacies, research sites, and owners ask most often.
Pharmacy: What is the difference between a 503A pharmacy and a 503B outsourcing facility?
A 503A pharmacy fills patient-specific prescriptions, one patient and one order at a time. A 503B outsourcing facility manufactures under cGMP and supplies office-use stock in bulk with no patient name attached. Many practices need both.
Pharmacy: Do you work with a single pharmacy?
No. We hold contracted relationships with multiple pharmacy partners and route each practice by category and prescribing profile.
Clinical research: Can you help our site enroll faster?
Yes. Our patient access and enrollment team builds recruitment around the community a site serves, from outreach and referral networks to pre-screening, tied to the studies the site is running.
Clinical research: Do you help sites win new studies?
Yes. Our business development team positions sites with sponsors and CROs, supports feasibility responses, and builds a pipeline that fits the site's patients and investigators.
Advisory: We are thinking about selling. When should we call?
Before the first buyer conversation. The terms of a sale are shaped by how the operating data is organized and presented long before a letter of intent arrives.
